Windows says "Protected your PC"
This is normal for new applications. Because our installer is new, Windows Defender is being cautious. Click "More Info" and then "Run Anyway". It is 100% safe.
How do I connect my Google Sheet?
You need the "Sheet ID" from your Google Sheet URL (the long string of random characters between /d/ and /edit). Paste that into the app login screen along with your payment email.
It says "Inactive Subscription" but I paid?
Make sure you are using the exact same email you used on the Stripe checkout page. If you are still stuck, contact support below.
Does this work on Mac?
Not yet. We are currently Windows only (`.exe`). The Mac version (`.dmg`) is in development and will be released soon.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime via the link in your Stripe email receipt, or just email us at support@scoreboardz.ai and we will handle it immediately.
